Please provide Translated Certified Statements/Copies indicating.
- Certificates or Statements of previous on job training and course documents stating content of subjects studied.
- Evidence of English language ability to at least functional. (IELTS 3)
- Letters from previous employers confirming your employment status.
- Pay slips or agreements/contracts of employment to prove employment periods.
- Job descriptions or duty statements very specific details required.
- Photographs of you at work or work you have done and equipment, tools etc used on the job.
- In the absence of the above a statutory declaration or a notarised statement that describes why you cannot provide documents for your skills development or employer statements.
- And very important is a copy of your identification card Birth Certificate or passport page details.
- Family information such as wife and children.
- Four recent passport photos of each person applying for migration.
- IELTS >4.5
Work History Evidence
Information and evidence that will confirm at least eight years of work history as a trainee and then tradesperson that describes what you do on the job on a daily basis, weekly basis less frequent basis and any supervisory responsibilities if any.
Evidence should be in order of skills development from formal training, Trainee including on the job training and then to tradesperson status.
Employment evidence should be presented on employer’s letterhead and signed by a responsible person in the workplace. Eg. Manager / Supervisor/ Owner.
Employer statements must be verifiable by telephone contact and place of address.
Please also include a telephone contact for yourself in case of telephone interview.
Make two certified copies of original documents in both languages please.
