Re: Translation Unit pursuant to the New Regulation of Laws;

From July 01, 2007, pursuant to the Decree No. 79/NĐ-CP, Translations will not be certified by the Notary Public Office as before, they will be legalized by the organization of the People’s Committee of the District. The above organization will certify the signature of the Translators.
A part of Article 18
- The translator must be proficient in the language which they are making the translation.
- The translator must undertake and be responsible for the exactness of the translation.
- The certification of the signature of the translator will be followed the procedures of Certification of Signature as regulated by Article 17 of this Decree.
This is a results of open policy of the Vietnam Government in the period of leading into the World Trade Organization. In this period, it’s hard to avoid the confusion or unqualificated translation. You find translation has been done, the original copy has been corrected or erased/ Some tranlations, in spite of rule of translation by laws, they correct the content at request of the applicant for better results (such as marks of transcript, birth certificates, ect… )
Herewith, we are translators of the Notary Public Office No. 1, of Ho Chi Minh City, with significant experience and has been recognized by the Notary Public Office or Justice Service of HCMC, and now by the district Organization. Our main purposes will be :

- In order to serve for the publics need
- We always carry out the translation in lines with the original version and not translated the content under pressure from our clients
- Guarantee the qualification of the translation
- We will not undertake if we find out a faults original, or something wrong according to Vietnamese and international law.
- Our working hours will be extended until 7:00 p.m.
